• Job Details: Review & approve credit limits of dealers, wholesaler, and sub agents.  Review & approve bids and tender contracts with Govt., Semi govt. & private sector.  Costing & margin calculations of lease contracts.  Minimize the DSO’s from 169 days to 109 days  Bad debts provision review and approval.  Cash/ fund Application of receivable collection & advance payments.  Customers LC’s reviews and acceptance.  Discounting of LC’s.  Setting the collection target for the collectors/ branches.  Monthly and quarterly cash reports.  Confirmed balance with key customer (Public & private) and solved disputes.  Application of credit notes/ Debit notes.  Collections of sales leads.  Directed 12 collectors in the kingdom.  Reporting to CFO.
