Expert in dealing with procurement process beginning from putting the technical specifications, tender meetings and final inspection according to standards. Proficient in the repair and maintenance of ammunition. Proficient in the work of following up on the technical elements during the implementation of the production plan and following up on the regularity of work. Careful follow-up of the application of the quality system during work to monitor the quality of production. Solve technical and administrative problems facing the production process. Excellent coordination between branches and technical workshops to implement artistic works. Develop a future vision to reach the highest production. The ability to develop the skills of subordinates and identify rates development needs Expert in the use of heat exchanger – distillation towers – autoclaves – blasting operations Expert in tendering, finalization, administration and management of contracts Excellent critical thinking skill and the ability to work under pressure in all conditions Expert in handling and transportation and storing explosives and hazardous chemicals Many years of experience working in management field while following the policy of continuous product improvement and waste reduction Many years of experience in counterrosim field at Sinai
