Full supervision of the construction of four residential triple-block buildings, each consisting of a basement, ground floor, 11 typical floors, and a duplex penthouse. Responsibilities included overseeing structural and finishing works, and coordinating civil, architectural, and electromechanical disciplines. Project: - Midway (residential buildings ) mokattam, Cairo Main contractor: ELSALAM CONTACTOR Owner: Engineering Authority of the Egyptian Armed Forces . Full supervision of the construction of a quad residential block comprising a basement, ground floor, 11 typical floors, and an upper duplex level. Scope of work included managing all construction phases from structural works to finishing, coordinating between civil, architectural, and MEP disciplines, and ensuring full compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant codes. Project: - BANQUE MISR ( HERO PLAZA - SHOUBRA ELKHEMA BRANCH ) Main contractor: ALKHOLOUD CONTRACTOR Owner: BANQUE MISR Senior Civil Engineer – Supervision of construction and fit-out works for a banking unit (bank branch) consisting of Ground and First floors. Scope included structural, architectural finishes, MEP works, and security systems implementation, ensuring compliance with the bank’s technical specifications and safety standards."
