Provide health and safety leadership and direction to Division, Department and Project Managers. 3. Serve as the corporate health and safety subject matter expert with clients, regulators, and staff working on projects or designing proposal responses. 4. Manage health and safety resources and related departmental budgets. 5. Work within the corporate framework to foster the career growth of direct reports. 6. Serve as the primary contact on health and safety issues. 7. Responsible for establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with Clients, Site Health and Safety Managers, Brennan Corporate Division Managers, local representatives, and subcontractors. 8. Create manage and review site specific health and safety plans (HASP). 9. Appraise and implement new safety regulations as they relate to operations. 10. Ensure that project personnel are adequately trained in emergency response plan procedures. 11. Work as the internal incident manager, ensuring that safety emergencies and injuries are properly managed. 12. Assist in the preparation of new work proposals as solicitations relate to corporate health and safety objectives. 13. Reviews all contract documents related to ongoing or proposed work for safety related issues. 14. Review subcontractor safety programs: ensure that subcontractor programs are compliant with 15. corporate, OSHA, client, or Coast Guard Safety regulations. 16. Participate in meetings with field personnel, such as pre-award and pre-construction conferences. 17. Conduct safety audits. Audits will include a summary report noting any deviations from the HASP and corrective actions that may be necessary to promote the health and safety of workers and the public.

Conduct regular risk management forums with teams. 5. Track and effectively manage the red risks. HSE Responsibilities: 1. Supports the Top Management in the HSE Policy and Guidelines issue. 2. Supports the Top Management in the Organization roles and responsibilities definition, for what concerns safety aspects. 3. Supports the Top Management in the HSE Management System standard issue. 4. Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the Company HSE Systems. 5. Monitors the effective implementation of appropriate Safety and Environment System procedures and provide for their updating in line with changes in Legislation and Company Directives. 6. Provides for motivation and familiarization of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. 7. Assists the Commercial, Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with Health and Safety at work. 8. Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. 11. Provides technical support to Senior Management on any safety related subjects. 12. Carries out safety audits on Sub-contractors. 13. Liaises between Clients on safety related issues.

• Job Details:STRATEGIC 1. Propose HSSE strategy and plan to management team. 2. Develop and execute HSSE plan in accordance with business plan. 3. Establish periodic milestones to be achieved. 4. Lead and ensure that audit standards are met – analyze audit results and suggest solutions for improvement. RISK MANAGEMENT 1. Support in the development, monitoring and review of entire risk assessment process. 2. Assist management and workforce personnel in the identification and control of potential risk-sources. 3. Create risk profiling and implementation plans addressing the risks. 4. Conduct regular risk management forums with teams. 5. Track and effectively manage the red risks. HSSE MANAGEMENT 1. Advise all managers on HSSE matters and ensure implementation. 2. Development and implementation of standards with regards to safety and environment (use best practices) In line with APMT global HSSE standards. 3. Support of operational areas to ensure 100% compliance to local and state requirements. 4. Lead a continuous improvement process and supervise the adherence of all personnel to standards, this includes own ideas. 5. Representation of HSSE goals and a good working relation to reach company targets. 6. Development, improvement and follow up of current HSSE standards to create a common HSSE vision to create a sense of HSSE spirit in all departments and areas. 7. Revision and improvement of current SOPs and support operations with implementation. 8. Support and knowledge of current information to all areas regarding Health, Safety and Environment. 9. Maintenance and monitoring safety systems in place. 10. Prepare and conduct “safety walks” to identify current and potential risks and prepare HSSE meetings to align with the management team. 11. Report ‘near miss’, observations, HSI and HIPO into the company reporting tool GIZMO; analyze trends and propose / take remedial actions. 12. Ensure that all incident investigations are handled effectively and in accordance with APMT global HSSE standards. Introduce corrective measures to these and make sure they have a symmetry to the root causes. Ensure that lessons learned from HIS and HIPO are applied and embedded. 13. Ensure contractor compliance in respect of all HSSE matters (compliance permit to work system), assist contractors in preparation of risk assessments and safe working procedures. 14. Develop procedures to ensure that contractors, suppliers, consultants and visitors comply with relevant legislation and APMT global HSSE standards. 15. Support and training of employees with regards to HSSE and identify HSSE training needs. 16. Motivate the team with regards to HSSE.
