• Job Details:A. Create GBL’s strategies and ensure they feed-in and achieve company’s vision. B. Set Company’s annual sales target, set short-term and long-term plans and lead on the sales and operations teams to achieve it. (2020 sales target = EGP 77M). C. Lead on the creation of the business process mapping, operation processes, collection and payment cycles, automation cycle and hiring process of the GB Logistics. D. Design service providers related processes and guidelines of GBL such as selection, monitoring and evaluation of performance and payment. E. Ensure GBL operations and procedures are adapted and respected to achieve best clients experience and satisfaction. F. Lead on the process of creation of tenders’ proposals to ensure best profitability, and achieve company’s annual targets and vision. G. Manage, coordinate, consult and intermediate between GBL and partners’, customers and service providers, legal units to finalize contracts of partnership. H. Evaluate GBL client’s credit quality, legality, reputation as well as contract profitability and sustainability. I. Monitor GBL’s monthly financial performance and adapt correction actions as needed. J. Create and report GBL’s performance to company’s board on quarterly basis. K. Manage GBA workshops warehouses, (30 service centers warehouses, 90 employees, average storage area of 84,000 M3 and average stock value of EGP 80 M to ensure the reduction of over stock, carrying cost as well as to achieve best customers’ experience. L. Create GBA warehousing standard processes and procedures covering racking system design and H&S.

Distribution senior ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:A. Manage 25 GBA warehouses across Egypt with average storage area 780,000 M3 and average stock value of EGP 70 M. B. Manage GBA fleet, 50 heavy and medium trucks, to ensure cost efficiency and best customer’s experience. C. Redesign and manage GBA logistics operations processes and structure, including rooting plan, maintenance, fueling, etc, to achieve beat resources utilization. D. Create and monitor the annual warehousing budget of GBA, (EGP 40M). E. Review and revise internal logistics operation cash expenditures of EGP 8M/yr.
