Group Finance MangerFull Time

• Job Details:• Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the Group related entities, including accounts payable accounts receivable, cash management, and capital spending • Assist with monitoring the operations and workflow processes of the Finance departments across the group to ensure that all duties and responsibilities of the department are carried out in an efficient, accurate, timely, and standardized manner (billing, collection, A/P, etc) along with implementing Group finance policies • Prepare month-end accounts, financial reports, forecasts, and budgets for Group related entities • Developing and standardizing a budget/forecast to actual expense analysis for the various Directors within the Appleby Group as required and providing analysis of key monthly/quarterly variances by Group, Practice Area, Partnership, and Operating Entity to Senior Management • Assisting with the supervision of the Odoo ERP System along with regular reviews to ensure the system is functioning correctly and providing the appropriate information. Assist with the design, implementation, development, and management of any system changes that are required to support future finance and growth strategies working closely with the Odoo developer Team

Financial AuditorFull Time

• Job Details:Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. Reconciles general ledger accounts. issuing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc. Monitors bank accounts; update cash flow matrix daily and cash forecasting and controlling conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Adapting An ERP System in order to integrate all operation Departments with financial module Work hardly to meet UPA Requirement in order to accelerate the collection process. Price build up preparation and profitability report for evaluating tender Reviewing and analyzing monthly comparison between budgeted operating expenses and actual operating expenses.
