• Job Details:• Leading a staff of six engineers and 30 techniceans. • Responsible on the maintenance activities in two factories ( the tissues and the diapers), the site new projects and the site utilities. • A member in the steering committee responsible on implementing the TPM program in the plant. • Facelitate and conduct trainings and workshops to the task force in the TPM. • Led some improvement and cost saving project leading to a 180,000 $ in three years • Responsible on the electromechanical part in a new project to build a new factory in 33,000 square meter with 100 million LE investment. • Achieved a project to buy, install and commissioning of a new diapers line with 35 million LE investment. • Conducted a Factory acceptance test and Lead the Factory team to a technical training for 1 month.for a Diaper line in Italy. • Responsible on the electromechanical part in a new project to build a new factory in Morocco with 80 million LE investment. • participated in the implementation of a new ERP system (Oracle). • Securing the factory electrical network (the highest risk in the plant)by implementing (the electrical wiring standard, the earthing system, the thermographic test, regular audits). • Achieved a project to transfer a complete diabers line from SA to our site. • restructre the maintenance team and conducting a KPIs system with clear targets and responsibilities and job discription and a related incentive system • Achieved Improvement in the maintenance team KPIs by 25% by conducting the problem solving techniques, regular team meeting and efficient spare parts management. • Achieved a project to build a spare parts WH inventory management system (ABC classification, min. and max. and inventory coding). • Conducted a workshop on personal change based on the seven habits book methodology to the site engineers. • Introduce and apply the risk assisment concept in the site leading to reduce the safety index of the factory by 50%.
