• Job Details:job description: • Performing ongoing preventive maintenance and apply required corrective actions on facility mechanical, Electrical, and all installed systems. • Performing facility inspections and report on condition affecting operations Respond to emergencies and maintenance’s orders • Maintain, operate all HVAC systems (BMS) and associated equipment, plumbing systems. • Preparing and submit summary reports of conditions in buildings and recommended Actions to be taken with specific time plan. • Defining required material and spare parts in the site. • Determining what are the project material and spare parts and defining costs for it.
