• Job Details:• Develop, monitor and oversee the budget and financial, distribute monthly targets of branches, follow up and monitor the weekly and monthly Branches targets • Analyze and improve cost effectiveness; prepare, submit and justify budget updates to the Head of Branches and evaluate the effectiveness by validating the final P&L • Attend Managers’ meetings to review the branches performance: sales achievements, marketing activities, staff training …and provide reports to top Management in a concise informative manner • Monitor and direct operations to ensure that goals and objectives are met in term of sales targets, margin and profit and take corrective action when necessary • Monitor all operation inside the Store By follow-up with Area Managers (in& out stock Refill, assure that all products are in display, etc.. ) • Monitor Stock movement Report (product family and sub family movement ) & highlight on Aging products • Share in our Marketing Plan

Training ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Responsible for the development, training and coaching of all teams to ensure consistency of quality and service levels across all sites, instilling a culture to provide quality care, sales through service, • Train all new hire staff to increase them product knowledge towards products. • Manage Training Agenda With All Vendor & Supplier • Developing Business Needs

Area ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Follow up more than 10 Stores Operation • Monitor Aging Stock & find solution to Finalize it • Insure Stores Standers and high gen • Audit Handle Customer Issues • Set sales targets for individual locations.
