• Job Details:Training of the new staff. - Review all the working techniques and ensure proper procedures. - Doing investigations for medication errors or near misses, and route cause analysis (if needed). - Random checking of IV preparations, fridges and paper work (log sheets) for both of inpatient pharmacy and outpatient pharmacy. - Updating guidelines when needed. - Attending the monthly meeting as a member of P&T committee. - Preparing the pharmacy monthly schedule, doing modifications according to any sudden circumstances. - Taking any delegations from the chief pharmacist.
