• Job Details: - Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Manage and control Etisalat Misr Fixed Assets which is around 15 billion EGP to make sure its proper handling. • Prescribe the accounting treatment for owned assets. • Ensure adequate policies are in place with respect to procurement, approval, receipt, recording and capitalization of assets. • Ensure that sale / disposal or write off of assets are duly authorized and are recorded completely and accurately. • Ensure that the Etisalat Misr applies fair and consistent depreciation policy for the assets. • Define the management policy with respect to safeguarding of assets. • Tender Evaluation & reviewing new LOI’s, LOA's and contracts related to Fixed Assets. • Request and validate access on oracle for the FA team as per need. • Reviewing new PO’s to be approved on Oracle. • Review closing entries made by subordinates and handling audit requirements. • Post mass additions to FA module and run depreciation. • Reviewing monthly backup related to Fixed Assets accounts. • Prepare annual physical count instructions and follow up for physical count variances and justifications. • Prepare cash projection for major Fixed Assets suppliers.

Principal Accountant (Finance Dept. - Consolidation & Reporting Division)Full Time

• Job Details:- Main Duties & Responsibilities: • Prepare monthly consolidated financial statements for ECMS and Mobinil Telecom. • Consolidate the different performance reports received from other finance functions. • Assist in reviewing the backups needed for the monthly financial statement. • Prepare part of the financial reports required for auditing purpose. • Prepare reconciliation and accruals for some accounts before monthly closing. • Analyze financial data & figures and check discrepancies. • Review closing entries made by subordinates and handling audit requirements. • Review the input provided by other finance functions into the financial statement. • Prepare & Report the financial statements as per Shareholders standards & Mapping. • Applying Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) internal controls to the financial structure of the company, and introducing these controls to my division.
