Raise the deviated portal issues through the centralization ticketing tool. Check the central processing system (CPS) interface performances and update to the business. Monitoring the IDOC’s and background jobs, analyzing different errors status of IDOCs, edit IDOCs if data missing and recycle based on SAP SD. Handling of critical, high- and low-level incidents as per SLA. Working on auto and business tickets daily basis. Monitoring and analyzing daily, weekly & monthly batch jobs.

• Job Details:SAP SD module implementation as-is, to-be study and documentation. In to-be process responsible for primary documentation and final documentation. In the final preparation involved in unit testing, integration testing and final UAT using real time data in pre-production. Configured organization structure, including sales organization, distribution channel, divisions, sales offices and shipping point. Configuration of pricing procedure and maintaining condition records as per client’s business requirement. Customizing and creation of various sales document types, delivery documents, billing and invoice. Configured third party process and credit management. Provide post go live support based on the SLA. Documented SD configuration and prepared user manuals documents.

Experience Consultant

• Job Details:Involved in resolution of tickets as per severity of the issue. Maintaining regular communication with the user through mail or phone until the issue is closed or resolved. Consolidation of ageing incidents and connect with the users and reduce the count. Preparing knowledge articles intended for the users. Able to develop solution prototype by thoroughly testing end to end. Performing change requests involving preparing of UAT.
