g. To successfully persevere and execute premium Events at the Mall which ensures that the Brand recall is constant and to be associated with premium events/ artists.

h. To promote Art and Culture in the Mall through conceptualizing and conducting Art Events and collecting Art Installations at NO Cost Basis for display at the Mall to be considered a Cultural Center than a Shopping Center.

i. To enable Joint Events/ Cross Promotions with Premium Brands to ensure incremental sale at the Premium Brands in the Mall.

j. To assess a brand’s performance during the tenure and suggest ways of improving their Trading Density per Sft with effective schemes, VM and visibility.

k. Maintain a cordial and a rewarding business relationship with Partners (Creative, Digital, PR and Media Houses) to ensure that they understand the core values and business objectives of the brand and provide input/ solutions accordingly.

The entire operation of the Mall marketing and branding would be under my scope of work along with a team of 3 members. Basic KRA would be to ensure the brand value and recognition of the Mall stays buoyant in the minds of the desired TG. Additional KRA would also be to ensure that the team also has its ancillary revenues for the Mall in place month on month via its various advertising options or mediums. Have successfully conceptualized, planned, and executed events for the mall.
Have successfully executed Minimum Guarantee agreements with multiple agencies for branding to ensure that the Mall earns a minimum of Rs.18 Lacs per month as branding revenue. Apart from this, we have also done up agreements with our Agency selling our Atrium Space which combined with the branding options, ensures that the alternative revenue for the Mall is Rs.25 Lacs to Rs.30 Lacs on an Average. Also handle certain operational issues pertaining to tenant relations and also look at increasing the average billing for the Food court. Look at increasing the Food Court revenue for the outlets during the non peak seasons in the form of getting food combo’s at discounted prices and also look at various other options of promoting the food court for additional sales. Look at promoting stores which are doing below average sales compared to the rentals. Take responsibility of the P&L for the Marketing Revenue and also for the Foodcourt Incremental sales. Have got Ampa Skywalk Mall Chennai, to be the only Mall in South India to have 3 Mall Promotional Events in a year with the bumper prize of a 4 Wheeler for every event.
