• Job Details:• Detail study of scope of work, engineering drawings and technical specification to identify area of concerns and critical path of project and prepare planning package accordingly. • Raising technical and commercial queries with engineering during price proposal. • Submission of bid schedules in conjunction with price estimation. • Assisting procurement team during Technical/Commercial evaluation of materials with approved vendors. • Preparation of WBS and work schedules for Construction & Shutdown projects using PRIMAVERA -P6 along with resource allocation as per the standard norms. • Responsible for generating Histograms, Progress tracker, S curve, WTG, KPI reports and progress reports (daily, weekly & monthly reports) etc. • Responsible for day to day planning, scheduling, monitoring of project progress while ensuring effective coordination of all project execution activities taken up by different functions such as Civil, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation.

If delayed, prepare recovery plan whenever required. • Due to site issues- clashes, responsible for raising technical queries to engineering and instructing the site team with conclusion.
