• Job Details:• Design of mechanical, electrical and sanitary installations for the operation of buildings (Auto Cad 2D). • Pre dimensioning and managing costs related to projects. • Purchase of equipment, machinery and materials necessary for the operation of installations. • Manage schedules (to be followed by the project team), technical information and preparation of reports. • Meetings and negotiations with clients, sub contractors and other related professionals. • Project’s progress reporting to the client. • Supervision of activities of projects in order to ensure compliance to the plans and the specifications. Recommendations for the improvement of energy efficiency in buildings. • Oversee working of personnel.

Building Services Engineer Full Time

• Job Details:• Acquisition of customers’ requirements. Cooperation with the team project (architects, civil engineers). • Redaction of technical descriptions and specifications of installations according to the national and international legislation. • Calculation of the electromechanical installations’ parameters in buildings, including thermal losses, cooling loads, requirements of ventilation and fresh air, hydraulic, fire safety etc. • Perform the procedures required to obtain the building licences from the competent authorities. • Measurement of quantities of materials (cables, pipes, ducts) and of electromechanical equipment presented on the drawings. Cost estimation according to the tenders of subcontractors. • Preparation of total cost estimation and submission to the client.
