• Job Details:• Responsible for more than 100 users Network • Installing, configuring, updating and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server 2003 / 2008 /2008 R2/2012 • Installing Application software, ERP software installation and administration. • SQL Database table administration. • Configuring and troubleshooting Networks - Wi-Fi & LAN/ WAN • Installing, Configuring and managing AD, DHCP and DNS, monitoring Network Firewall, Routers, Switches, Wi-Fi & LAN Cabling, Data Backup, Sharing, Security • Monitoring hardware functionality, operating system functionality, network administration and data handling. • Day to Day support to end user including hardware and software. • Giving support to finance department in year closing and developing audit reports for them to verify data. • To plan, implement, manage, and monitor data security, backup and recovery methods • Ensuring the security of the network and its access. • Support all network users. • Monitoring Attendance System • Plan and manage upgrades to network hardware including commissioning of new equipment, firmware upgrades and replacement of obsolete equipment. • Provide end user support remotely to our Site offices and Departments in other locations through Team viewer and Remote Management, establishment of VPN connections.
