• Job Details:• Updating existing recruitment procedures and designing new procedures. • Applying new methods in how to find suitable candidates for work. • Advising the recruitment team on interview techniques and how to find ways to improve the company's brand among applicants. • Coordinate with departmental managers to predict future employment needs. • Design a salary system and reward programs that are in line with the company's strategic plan. • Ensure that benefits and benefits comply with current legislation within the Arab Republic of Egypt. • Renewal of financial and in-kind remuneration plans based on the company's strategic plan. • Track the prevailing wage rates in the Egyptian market and ensure that the company offers competitive compensation plans. • Evaluate the benefits programs of the company's employees and prepare periodic reports on their effectiveness to develop them. • Develop and implement human resources strategies and procedures in line with the overall business strategy. • Follow up the documentary course for all parts of human resources management. • Supporting current and future business needs by developing, motivating and maintaining the company's human resources. • Develop and monitor comprehensive human resources strategies, systems, tactics and procedures throughout the organization. • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that develops performance. • Ensure legal compliance throughout HRM. • Follow up the file of social insurance and manpower offices and ensure the safety and health of the company's legal and financial position with government agencies. • A training program for new employees to introduce them to the company's activities. • Conducting specialized training courses in selling skills and introducing the company's products to the company's new employees. • Conduct training courses for the company's employees to introduce the company's products and updates. • Assessing training needs to implement and monitor training programs.
