Collection Officer

• Job Details:Responsible to handle high value portfolios and settlement of accounts for credit card and personal loan accounts. Establishing contact with customers through telephone, internet and visits and skip tracing etc. Responsible for resolving complaints/disputes/escalations received from the customers and convert them to promises and receivables. Working closely with the law enforcement agencies and operations department to ensure a faster recovery process. Negotiating with difficult customers who are not willing to pay and agreeing with them for the repayment of their outstanding loans. Check and calculate foreclosure amount and communicate to customers for further discussion and negotiations for the settlement. Processing of account closure accordingly once account been settled as per terms and conditions of banks. Preparing settlement proposals and sending for approval. Preparing settlement letters and clearance letters and processing of liability letters accordingly to customer request. Initiate legal action like security cheque bouncing, documents printing and case filing or attachment filing etc. Achieving monthly and quarterly targets.

Credit Analyst

• Job Details:Evaluating clients’ credit data and financial statements in order to determine the degree of risk involved in lending money to them. Preparing reports about the degree of risk in lending money to clients. Analyzing client records and using the data to recommend payment plans. Conferring with credit associations and references to exchange credit information on clients. Evaluating the financial status of clients by producing financial ratios through computer programs. Filling out loan applications and including the credit analysis and loan request summaries, then submitting these loan applications to loan committees for their approval. Helping supply chain and sales and marketing departments in managing financial orders to help them control credit exposure, make payments on time, and reduce the risk of customer disputes. Conferring with clients to verify their financial/credit transactions and to resolve their complaints. Applying UAE central bank regulations throughout the process of approving loans & credit cards.

Officer – Legal Recoveries

• Job Details:Responsible to handle high value portfolios and settlement of accounts for multiple products such as auto, business, personal and credit card accounts. Establishing contact with customer through telephone, internet and visits and skip tracing etc. Negotiating with difficult customers who are not willing to pay and agreeing with them for the repayment of their outstanding loans. Check and calculate foreclosure amount through Oracle ERP applications and communicate to customers for further discussion and negotiations for the settlement. Preparing settlement proposals and sending for approval. Preparing settlement letters and clearance letters and processing of liability letters accordingly to customer request.
