The continuity in sending daily reports instantly to the contracted company. • When there is an accident or problem at work of any type, for instance a Traffic Accident, Fleet Manager reports to his company and the contracted company at once. Then follows up the issue until it’s solved. • Writing the new policies that are related to the vehicles’ Fleet Management when required. • Conducting TBT for the Drivers once a week for each work location and supervising the drivers' periodical checklists and inspections.
