Rotated in seven BK Restaurants as a supervisor, Assitant manager ,Restaurant Manager and CRT same time Finally Job discription : • Conduct staff and managers development plan. • Work in HACCP standard ruls • Implement internal strategies to maximize sales as well as improve our profit. • Perform all the duties of the operation warehouse ordering . • Attend guest needs. • Implement restaurant plan to assign staff in all different rates. • Train promoted Candidates and lead them to higher positions • Monitors and manages restaurant staffing levels to ensure team development and talent acquisition to achieve and maintain restaurant operational requirements. • Maintain favorable working relationship with all company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate, which will be conductive to maximize employee morale, productivity, and efficiency. • Perform Strategic planning • Manage Stock / Inventory control /Acheiving ROP • Achived an A grade for the Restaurant in Restaurant excellence visit.
