Supply and Demand ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:• Ensure the proper process for demand & supply revision takes place monthly to support S&OP Monthly process, aligning with the Demand planner and/or regional Director about main changes and potential impact on financial targets. • Ensure new products plan and assets startup/phase-out is part of the plan. • Lead project development initiatives, and assessment of prefeasibility and feasibility studies, design of new business models to serve the region. • Develop of strategic marketing and sales plans within our region. • Provide regular and ad hoc reporting to the executive management. • Ensure proper planning through S&OP of the mid-long-term plan for inventory and as well the execution of the inventory to support the service following the service proposition/market expectations. • Prepare for the S&OP meeting, reconciling supply to demand, aligning with the financial plans, and understanding the financial implications of different scenarios. • Design and implement different solutions and platforms that can be replicated across region. • Monitor and report on a portfolio of projects, programs, and initiatives.
