• Job Details:• Accounts: Manage and controlled full set of accounts on accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset and project accounting, general ledger transaction and joint venture entity • Funds management: Funds rose through bank for project and its expansion, working capital and enhancement of borrowing, trade facility negotiation. Cash forecast time deposit of surplus funds. • Budgeting: Preparation of prospective annual budget. • MIS report: Prepared periodical financial performance report to the management on regional wise, product wise and market wise profitability analysis report. • Analysis: Analysis trending of cost-profit based on line of products, various markets, and advises core-market to be focused such as regional, products, market and market mix. • Compliance: To ensured that mandatory, compliance with all contractual obligations were met • Book closure: Timely accurate month end and year-end book closure with periodical reconciliation of bank, receivables, payable, inter-company account and fixed asset capitalization account. • Lead: Train, develop finance team and inter-department and adopt new improved system. • Audit: Assisted for internal and external audit process and finalization of books, audit notes, schedule etc., and preparation of kingdom’s zakat and tax return • Liaise: Liaise with internal functional heads, tax auditors, banks, insurance and stake-holders.
