• Job Details:Client relationship management: maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, addressing their needs, and ensuring satisfaction. Onboarding & engagement: guiding corporate learners through the onboarding process and ensuring high levels of engagement. Performance tracking: monitoring learner progress and providing support to ensure course completion and success. Salesforce: proficiency in Salesforce for managing learner data, client interactions, and reporting. Reporting: preparing regular reports on learner performance and engagement for stakeholders. Manage the data and AI course portfolio, providing guidance and support to learners throughout their learning journey. Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to onboard and train 2 new team members, ensuring a smooth transition and effective knowledge sharing. Facilitate dry runs to assist learners in applying theoretical concepts practically, resulting in improved understanding and course completion rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including instructors and content creators, to ensure course materials meet the needs and expectations of learners. Contribute to the development and enhancement of learner support processes and resources to optimize the learning experience.
