Coordinate/monitoring incoming and outgoing document distribution. Assist CM monitoring minutes of meeting & letter. Documenting pictures and video of construction progress. Responsible as final document coordinator. Conduct weekly meetings with the contractor’s document controller to monitor the document status. Compile handover dossier document.
