ASST INSTRUMENT ENGINEERFull Time

• Job Details: Responsible for maintenance and planning activities  Produce Daily, weekly & monthly maintenance reports for PM & CM. maintenance.  Produce Shutdown reports.  Making work orders and distribute in Technicians.  Attend weekly meeting with maintenance manager & briefing maintenance schedule.  Checking delivery notes against purchase order.  Inspection of new arrival spare parts & coordinate with warehouse supervisor.  Maintaining man hours report.  Site visits during Shutdown & corrective maintenance.  Making move order for spare parts from the ware house.  Making time sheets for department.  Inspection Cleaning and Maintenance of Pressure Transmitter Impulse line of Steam Boiler (Dig logging).  Inspection cleaning & calibration of Analysers like PH, conductivity, stack and chlorine analysers.  Calibration of pressure gauge, Temperature gauge.  Maintenance of spark detector, Igniter and Flame detector.  Maintenance of pressure, temperature and level switches.  Maintenance of Limit switches.  Maintenance of pressure transmitter level transmitter and flow transmitter.  Calibration of pressure, flow and level transmitter.  Loop checking.  Stroke test of control and on off valves.  Calibration and functional test of control, on off, MOV valves.  Maintenance of analysers filters.  Maintenance of Emergency water drains EWD.  Maintenance Zirconia Analyser.  Calibration of PH analysers.  Removes defective instruments from system, decontaminates, disassembles, and cleans instruments, and replaces defective parts, using hand tools.  Lubricates instruments and replaces defective wiring and tubing.  Calibrates readings on instruments according to standards and adjusts phasing and aligns stages to ensure accuracy of recording and indicating function  Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Motor Operated valves.  Trouble shooting and Maintenance of Safety valves  Inspection and testing of loops  Reviewed drawings in accordance with specifications for the installation configuration  Carrying out Panel board cable termination and Loop checking of Process control instruments.  Electronics and pneumatic control systems monitoring of such equipment in safe and effective manner. .  Inspection and testing of loops from field instrument to control room DCS signal  Reviewed drawings in accordance with specifications for the installation, configuration  Carrying out Panel board cable termination and Loop checking of Process control instruments.  Responsibility of continued constructions & maintenance and repair of all Electronics and pneumatic control systems  Monitoring of such equipment in safe and effective manner.  Interface with Maintenance and operations team leads, engineering and maintenance contractors.  Ensure that all Electrical construction work is carried out in accordance with Permit to Work procedures, project drawings, project priorities and identify and correct any deviations.  Carrying out functional test activities of Building fire detection system and plant Fire & gas and ESD level systems and CCTV Systems.  Erection of Electrical panels (PCC’s, MCC’s, DG, UPS, and AC) Pre- Commissioning  Working, maintenance, servicing and calibration of various process control instrument  Installation of all types Instrument as per international standards  Knowledge of the Lock Out Tag out Process.  Function tests of MV/LV Panels,Transformers .Loop checks for Switchgears  Ensure that all Electrical construction work is carried out in accordance with Permit to Work  Promote awareness of the Company Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality policies and procedures to achieve fit-for-purpose Construction and Commissioning engineering.  Active participation on near miss and incident reporting programs  Responsible for ensuring the correct and proper implementation of the Management of Change process  Provide field supervision and progress reports all Electrical & instrument projects.  Motor Meagering, or insulation testing.  Termination of electrical panels board  Leading a team consists of instrument Technicians, Instrument fitters & Electrician for installation & commissioning and maintenance of process

INSTRUMENT TECHNICIANFull Time
