• Job Details:• Studying terms & conditions and requirements of tenders and customer request for quotations received from group Sales Channels. • Directing, guiding and following up with the technical support team to provid the required technical and financial offers on time. • Assisting the Technical Support team in technical studies of important tenders and RFQs. • Assisting technical support team by intervening to find solutions in the event of various obstacles in obtaining price offers from suppliers. • Assisting the technical support team in technical discussions with both customers and suppliers. • Reviewing important opportunities that require technical review to ensure that the correct solutions will be provided to customers. • Presenting the Group of companies and illustrating company profile, strategic accomplished projects and our international partners scope of work and products. • Holding meetings with important clients to discuss new projects under study. • Study, prepare and review outgoing and incoming technical letters • Evaluating suppliers in terms of commitment and product quality. • Assisting in finding alternatives for the items that purchasing department faces difficulties in implementing. • Technically reviewing supply orders before releasing from purchasing department to local and international suppliers • Technically reviewing payment authorizations before disbursing them to suppliers. • Managing Strategic projects as per chariman instructions. • Providing technical advice on some issues as per chariman instructions. • Directing and following up with Supply and Installations team to work on supplying purchase order items as per delivery schedule. • Intervention in the event of obstacles during supply process. • Customer review of their satisfaction with supply process and team. • Working on finding new agencies in coordination with the chariman. • Coordinate meetings with manufacturers and evaluate their products. • Managing company's email server & accounts, websites and intervening in the event of malfunctions. • Develop training plans for the technical support team and delivery & installation team and the marketing team on new products. • Improving performance using digital technology.

Senior Service EngineerFull Time

• Job Details: Pre-installation checks, surveys and Inspections of mechanical vibrations, acoustics noise, electromagnetic interference (EMI) for sites.  Installation, Operation, Commissioning and Customer on-site training.  Inspecting, Trouble shooting, deal with all Electrical or mechanical problems and performing both corrective and preventive maintenances.  Test and check performance of both hardware and software.  Identify if any unusual problem occurs.  Communication and coordination with customers.  Making sure that all necessary spare parts are available.  Keeping notes of all day to day activities  Registering and recording all service histories and maintenances have been done.  Monitoring all systems preventive maintenance due date and warning customers in advance.  Systems upgrades and customer awareness of up-to-date options and accessories  Communicate with suppliers and send RFQs (request for quotations) for the required spare parts then quote customers accordingly after preparing our final quotation.  Prepare all required documents needed to open a new project in the accountant system.  (Quotation to customer, Customer PO, Supplier PO and Project analysis excel sheet to calculate the margin/profit)  Issuing ordered inventories exchange receipt after receiving the spare parts from suppliers.  Issuing customer’s invoices and follow up with customers purchasing department and company accountant department in parallel till the scheduled payments are received.  Handling the role of sales technical support and technical presentations for the customers.  Responsible for installation and maintenance of FEI electron microscopes and Struers sample preparation equipments * * Equipments: • Electron Microscopes.
