• Job Details:• Supervising the maintenance of the air condition internal and external units. • Preparing the air conditioning internal and external PPM schedules monthly and yearly. • Insure that the PPM schedules are followed by the supervisors, operators and technicians. • Leading a team of more than 50 technicians and supervisors through maintenance process activities. • Using SAP ERP system (MM, PP, WM Modules), being the key user of PP Module. • Insuring application of ISO 9001:2008 standards, and using Quality Documentation Management System QDMS. • Preparing the training programs for the new technicians. • Preparing the monthly maintenance report with analyzing the repeated faults causes and actions taken. • Coordinate maintenance programs with user units to determine relative priorities and on-time completion of work in critical operating facilities with available work force. • Responsible on creating the monthly maintenance plan for all the air conditioning units, chillers and cooling tower. • Assign maintenance manpower within his assigned area to meet daily changes in operating requirements and priorities. • Recommend special work schedules, overtime or contractor participation to meet unusual or emergency situations. • Perform engineering analysis of real time, process control digital systems in central operations facilities to aid in fault diagnosis. • Prepare the daily and monthly maintenance reports for the whole plant. • Evaluate chillers maintenance activity on digital systems. Provide professional level expertise to the solution of complex hardware problems. • Provide technical support and/or work direction to Maintain Digital Systems Technicians and Engineer III, ensuring proper maintenance and repair for dependable operation in assigned central operation facility.
