Able to learn effectively and meet tight deadlines. • Successfully manage global integration projects including: infrastructure, network, cybersecurity, end user management, communication, collaboration and business applications used across various departments. • Design, develop and maintain a detailed work breakdown of tasks to be accomplished for the initiative and help ensure that tasks are getting accomplished on time and within budget • Create an effective communication plan covering various stakeholders across Upland Software and acquired organizational business units

• Job Details:• Direct professional services team to deliver a high level business solution. • Create, manage and follow-up new client’s project plan to insure deliver in schedule. • Analyzes customer reported problems and reports to appropriate channels problem areas in products. • Delivers technical training to newly hired support staff. • Works with development department in testing and implementing new product features, recommended structures and throughput. • Analyzes business process, design and implement business cycles and workflows.
