• Job Details:Provide expert safety advice to clients and project teams, ensuring compliance with local and international safety regulations and standards (e.g., NEBOSH, ISO 45001). Perform comprehensive risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure corrective measures are implemented to mitigate risks in accordance with industry best practices. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety laws, guidelines, and internal policies. Provide comprehensive reports with recommendations for corrective actions. Raise site observation reports (SORs) and non-conformance reports (NCRs) for any safety infractions, ensuring timely resolution and compliance. Lead the investigation of safety incidents, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Maintain detailed incident reports and assist in the implementation of improvements. Review contractor’s submittals of emergency response plans, including evacuation procedures and first aid protocols, tailored to the specific project requirements. Prepare and submit necessary reports to regulatory bodies, ensuring all compliance documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and filed as required by law. Advise on the continuous improvement of safety practices, reviewing and updating HSE policies and procedures in line with industry trends, regulatory updates, and project-specific requirements.

Sr. HSE Officer

• Job Details:Ensure full compliance with client and consultant HSE policies through the effective implementation of safety rules and procedures on site. Monitor and enforce the proper use of temporary work permits, ensuring all activities are executed in accordance with approved safety protocols. Attend safety meetings and seminars; report and discuss safety concerns and improvements with management. Adhere to the permit-to-work system and deliver daily and weekly toolbox talks to promote safety awareness. Supervise loading and unloading operations, while training workers on proper lifting techniques to minimize risk. Investigate complaints and incidents related to the release of natural gas or hazardous materials from pipeline facilities, ensuring timely and appropriate responses. Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective and preventive actions. Perform field inspections of pipeline facilities, transportation systems, and construction sites to assess safety performance and regulatory compliance.
