• Job Details: Installation, operation, commissioning, maintenance , erection, and troubleshooting of industrial instruments, power system and automatic control systems. Working on Calciner automatic control machinery and instruments: - * Natural gas trains instruments governors, electric valves(analouge and on/off), pressure switches, and gas sensors * Electro-mach. Pneumatic control valves, positioners, I to P instruments. * Different kinds of transmitters for pressure, temperature, speed, and load. * Design and work all maintenance programs(preventive, daily, weekly, semi year, and yearly) * MCC for low and high power motors, with all safety * YOKOGAWA instruments, flow, pressure, temperature, and level. * SEIMENS step-7 plc, and Koyo plc * HITASHI weigh feeders. Electro-mech. equipments pneumatic, servomotor valves. * TELEMECANIQUE, EROTHERM,AND ABB AC speed drives and weight rotary feeders.(load cell and speed encoder) * Conveying system of Kaolin to Calciner. Metal detector, proximity switches, and photo cells * Heating system with natural gas for Calciner oven. ( Natural gas instruments ) Field fault analysis – determines if instrument has failed or if it is a process problem. Field calibration of instrumentation utilizing proper test equipment. Complete overhaul in shop environment to include component replacements, alignments and calibration to specifications of record. Repair of signal transmission facility such as tubing, wiring, etc. Instrumentation to include pneumatic, electronic and digital equipment. Fault analysis of hardwire relay logic, motor control circuits, motor power circuits (110V to 380V 3phase) and common utility / lighting circuits. Installation of new control circuits, modification of existing instrument/electrical systems as required, to include design, load and Implementation of new control logic. Fault analysis of PLC based systems with control logic modification if required. Analysis of 11kv incoming power service.

Smart transmitters * Oil and steam boilers, which use the oil, gas, or electric as fuel.
