- Job Details:job description Within the framework of the plant’s objectives and yearly action plans, define and implement the short, medium and long term strategies to meet the plant products specifications (official Standards, market objectives, operational targets) while contributing to optimize the global Costs in my field (clinker reactivity, raw mix composition, etc.) job details Safety 1. Communicate clearly on information relating to potentially dangerous situations wherever in the plant and get confirmation that they are correctly understood. 2. Check that chemical and physical testing is correctly handled. Ensure a good utilization and a safe storage of tests and products. 3. Analyze risks related to sampling points and make sure they are correctly addressed Leading Quality Team: define their missions and objectives and carry out their performance reviews, promote the quality of the work and motivate them , develop their skills to keep abreast with new management methods & tools Set up of Annual Capex and follow up of Opex QUALITY 1. Define with Marketing & Sales rep. and the Production Manager the Quality contract of the plant (products specifications, plant capability, etc.) 2. Design and implement the relevant Quality control plans. 3. Coordinate the implementation and update of the plant Quality Management System ISO 9001,!4001,18001 and monitor its implementation. 4. Follow the quality of products on a daily basis and take all appropriate actions to ensure that customers do not receive out of specifications products. 5. Analyze specific risks regarding quality. Implement preventive actions when necessary. 6. In case of any incident, is able to react by putting in place a specific procedure. 7. Set and follow up of Lab Quality Testing Standard (LQTS) and Standard Operating Procedure. 8. Lead Root Cause Analysis in case of a quality incident. 9. Perform statistical data analysis for intermediate and final product results and set the suitable way for development based on SQC and Six Sigma approach. 10. Assessment of department performance and set up of team development plan skills. • Organization total quality management (Quality planning, Quality control and quality improvement) • Control Program design and management.. • Statistical Process Control • Process capability • Root Couse Analysis • Six Sigma • ISO systems (ISO 9001, 14001,18001) • Risk management • Mark needs vs process capability • Team building and development.
