Sr. Electrical Engineer

• Job Details:Scrutinizing the IFC drawings, conditions of contract, project specifications and tender documents. Coordinating with mechanical, architectural, elevation, fit-out and structural engineers for the correct planning & implementation of electrical infrastructure on site. Execution of design/shop drawings for lighting, emergency lighting, small power, power SLD's DB schedules, etc. on site. Incorporating external electrical services as per external MEP coordination drawings. Ensure that all designs are in compliance with latest local & international codes and standards. Report any deviation from the approved drawings & check against authority approved drawings. Assist in preparing the basis of design, select essential standards for use, and identify design throughout, policy, specifications, technical risks, facility safeguarding, safety and health requirements and infrastructure requirements. Managed large-scale projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Coordinated with other engineering departments, fostering effective interdisciplinary collaboration. Conducted risk assessments for electrical installations, maintaining safety and reliability. Continually improved methods and procedures for processes, measurement, documenting and work flow techniques. Conducted feasibility studies for electrical projects, evaluating technical and financial viability.

Electrical Design/Technical Engineer

• Job Details:Scrutinizing the IFC drawings, conditions of contract, project specifications and tender documents. Design & selection of cable/wire size, circuit breakers, panel boards, busbar, conduit, trunking, cable tray, capacitor banks, generator, battery/UPS, transformer, earthing/LPS as per the requirements & in compliance with authority standards. Preparation & review of extra low voltage systems in coordination with the specialist. Incorporating ceiling electrical services in MEP coordination drawings. Reviewing and modifying BIM models for the proper coordination of all services. Creating and submitting justification reports on electrical change work order. To carry out technical and quality of works being carried out at site for all services. To propose changes and technical solution on site as per the execution requirement. Raising RFIs to solve a problem or to gather required information. To check and compare wiring accessories & all electrical items in coordination with BOQ. Coordinating with other engineers during the stage of inspection, testing and commissioning.
