People who are interest to buy post paid sim after completion of address verification. That Company have 25 field work for customer address verification. I make a call to the field Executive collect the information about Customer address via phone call , and collect the data using MS Excel. Sometimes Customer postpaid sim not activated. So Customer complaint to our Head Office. Our head office send mail for unverified customer details to me. I will take action to arrange the field Executive go and check the customer place. The customer address is verified or unverified. Again call to the customer collect the customer verified or unverified details and reply to our head office ( Mail Escalation)
