KS4 Mathematics Faculty

• Job Details:Design and deliver standards-aligned mathematics lessons consistent with the Cambridge 4024 curriculum framework, incorporating learning objectives and success criteria. Facilitate learning of key mathematical domains including algebra, functions, geometry, trigonometry & mensuration. Administer and evaluate diagnostic, formative, and summative assessments to track student progress, applying assessment for learning (AFL) strategies and data-driven instruction. Use interactive digital tools and platforms such as Geogebra, Desmos, Khan Academy, and Google Classroom to promote conceptual understanding and student engagement.

KS3 & KS4 Mathematics Faculty

• Job Details:Develop lesson plans, schemes of work, and unit outlines in accordance with curriculum pacing guides and school improvement plans. Apply differentiated instruction, universal design for learning (UDL), and scaffolded teaching techniques to meet the diverse needs of learners including ELL and SEN students. Create and maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment, utilizing restorative behavior strategies and clear classroom norms.

KS3 Mathematics Faculty

• Job Details:Participate in ongoing continuous professional development (CPD), school-wide training initiatives, and educational conferences to remain current with mathematics pedagogies.
