• Job Details:•Ensure rigorous supplier capability and capacity assessment on quality and technical credentials. •Planning, co-ordinating and leading the assessment process •Researching and identifying the assessment team skills requirements and sourcing suitably qualified team members. •Conduct clarification meeting on scope of assessment when required with assessment team. •Interpreting technical specification and collaborating the achievement of stated performance in terms of contractual requirements. •Compile supplier assessment report and make recommendations regards to supplier qualification status. •Identify risks and mitigations during supplier assessments. •Lead assessment/technical team during product development and process qualification at supplier. •Follow up on corrective and preventative actions at supplier. •Maintain supplier database (commodity and scope of work). •Weekly and monthly reporting on supplier assessments performance.

Plant Technical & Quality ManagerFull Time

• Job Details:•Provide technical support opposite various plants and process technologies with regards to experimental design, experimental testing, plant investigations and reporting. •Provide technical support with regard to input raw materials and components through the development of and compliance to the schedule of analysis. •To provide technical support opposite supply development, supplier quality management systems and quality of raw materials. •Quality custodian with respect to implementation, maintenance, improvement and auditing of the quality management system rooted in ISO 9000. •Develop and maintain a framework of measurements that support early problem detection and identification of quality deviations. •Implement and manage projects using Six Sigma and best practice methodologies. •Develop and maintain quality plans to ensure fit for purpose raw materials, sub components and final products. •Ensure compliance to quality plans by production personnel through regular auditing and reporting. •Lead investigations into unusual incidents with regard to safety, quality and cost. •Monthly reporting on product quality performance to production management and quality management. •Conduct all activities and tasks relating to the introduction of new products •Provide accurate information for Bills of Materials. •Assist with process capability studies as required. •Investigate and report on customer complaints. •Manage the closure and quality of corrective actions stemming from customer complaints, threshold models and plant investigations as per company standard. •Ensure production traceability data is accessible and fit for purpose in the event of product recalls and customer complaints. •Provide technical input into risk assessments and hazard studies. •Provide the relevant support for product recalls as per company standard.
