 Gathers information necessary for the preparation of the flash report.
 Regular and timely updating of the books of accounts to ensure reliability, dependability, adequacy and relevance of information for management decisions.
 Giving advice and opinions on financial matters affecting the operations.
 Managing various administrative tasks.
 Maintains headcount and other staff information.
 Preparing the petty cash reconciliation statement for approval.
 Monthly payroll Reporting, Salary, Absences, Overtime Calculations, Medical Reimbursements, Traffic Fines, Canteen Cost Deductions.
 Answering queries to payroll-related matters, if the question being asked is within the boundaries of authority and responsibility.
 Updating the fixed asset register for asset movements like transfers, disposals, and depreciation charges.
 Performing capex analysis for running projects to ensure Assets should be classified properly, capitalize on time.
 Responsible for fixed assets verification.
 Updating the lead schedules for balance sheet accounts presentation.
 Justifying the figures in the lead schedule with appropriate backups and/or write-ups.
 Supervising store activities e.g. Monthly closing, issuances, receipts, Stock count and reconciliations, Local Purchase Orders authorization, follow ups of POs, payments etc.
 Other assignments as per management requirement.
