Mill Scheduling and Production Planning AnalystFull Time

• Job Details:- Coordination of mill planning, programming and dispatch activities. - Materials sourcing and expediting. - Plans mill load in compliance with delivery terms. - Maintains regular contact with Mill operations, products, and manufacturing processes. - Verifies plant capacity determining the load of different production centres, planning the need for external suppliers, issuing road maps, loading work orders and estimations for the rolling of semi manufactured products and controlling stock. - Minimizing furnace transitory conditions and products internal transfer among plants in order to reduce transport energetic cost. - Implements collaborative planning, forecasting and stock replenishment, ensures production allocation optimises load balance, assesses and minimizes the impact of demand variation on capacity, productivity, and inventory. - Oversees order processing procedures, ensuring that they are responsive and synchronized to client requirements, develops an integrated order entry capability and ensures real time order tracking.

Product Warehouse & Logistics SupervisorFull Time

• Job Details:- Supervises the incoming/out coming product process ensuring the receipt process is performed in ac- cordance with the operating and safety procedure. - Loading and offloading of trucks operation supervision. - Responsible for the proper receipt and stowage of products. - Inventory Control and stock count of all materials and products in the Yard. - Responsible for training and other required development plan for the staff. - Ensure shipments are fulfilled within the established time frame and according to required conditions. - Close follow up with clearance agent and arrange all logistics for shipments form sea port and airport. - Arrange all required documents and assist within need within customs inquiry and ensure applying the rules and the regulation for the sea and air ports. - Monitor the dispatch of finished products are move according to Local Traffics’ rules and procedures.
