• Job Details:Studying of the new tender's scope of work and preparing a report with the needed major resources to help in tender decision-making. Preparing tender schedule, Master construction schedule and Procurement schedule. Preparing monthly progress report for top management. Preparing monthly project control report including (narrative, progress bars, construction and subcontractor’s performance measurement reports “S-curves charts, Performance Matrix, etc.”. Identifying/ maintaining & monitoring the project critical path Vs target, problem area, trouble shooting, Recording and reporting all the scenario of the potential exposures/claims/works suspended/modifications & additional works. Preparing BIweekly look-ahead schedule “task level”, Claims analysis regarding Time impact. Tracking of resources and allocation of man-hours against histograms and planned progress curve. Review & consent Contractor's schedules. Monetary for contractor's progress of works & maintenance for the project target. Maintaining, ensuring, following-up, and fulfilling contract milestones project start-up/close-out, early notifications, submitting, and regulatory requirements by jurisdictional authorities and agencies.

Senior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Preparing cash flow projections, submittals of schedule of rates (payroll & equipment) or project variations and modifications. Recording and reporting all the scenario of the potential exposures/claims/works suspended/modifications & additional works. Tracking of resources and allocation of man-hours against histograms and planned progress curve. Review & consent Contractor's schedules. Monetary for contractor's progress of works & maintenance for the project target. Maintaining, ensuring, following-up, and fulfilling contract milestones project startup/close-out, early notifications, submitting, and regulatory requirements by jurisdictional authorities and agencies.

Senior Planning EngineerFull Time

• Job Details:Planning and formulation of design alternatives and solutions for major construction projects; provides conceptual estimates, feasibility studies, and cost estimates. Direct work sequencing to expedite project delivery and to minimize disruption of ongoing institutional operations. Researches and prepares various reports pertaining to operations, equipment, policies, procedures, and/or other issues, as appropriate. Issuing monthly financial report includes (Financial Statement, Cash flow, Rolling Forecast, Billing/Collection Status, Headcount, and Foreign Currency Exposure Report), Preparing BI-weekly look-ahead schedule “task level”.
