Adults programme managerFull Time

• Job Details:Lead on teacher training of the adults programme. Deliver training to teachers and corporate clients. Lead a team of teachers in the Riyadh teaching centre and collaborate with other senior teachers in Khobar and Jeddah to deliver training. Co-lead with the Head of learning and teaching on professional development activities which involves coaching and guiding teachers doing Cambridge Delta and Trinity Diploma. Observer teachers and plan professional development activities to improve performance. Line-manage teachers and assist in the day-today operations. Work with various teams ( customer service, commercial teams to ensure high quality teaching and services to customers. Work with the commercial team to promote products and services to ministries and private organisations. Plan and customise products to suit corporate clients' needs. Manage and deal with complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. Being an IELTS Examiner - oversee placement testing and Examine students. products and material development
