Procurement & Logistics Manager

• Job Details:Oversee and manage the entire supply chain process, from procurement, logistics cycle up to delivery. Coordinate transportation, shipping, and warehousing activities to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers while minimizing costs. Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the efficiency and effectiveness of logistics operations and implement improvements as needed. Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships to ensure the procurement of quality goods and services at competitive prices. Develop and implement procurement strategies based on inventory requirements, budget constraints, and market trends. Manage relationships with existing suppliers, monitor performance, and address any issues or concerns to ensure timely delivery and quality standards are met. Identify opportunities to reduce procurement costs through negotiations, bulk purchasing, or alternative sourcing strategies. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure favorable terms and conditions. Work closely with the logistics team to maintain optimal inventory levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement regulations, and ethical standards. Supports, evaluates, and provides training to team members, contributing to their professional development.

Logistic Executive

• Job Details:Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services. Directing, optimizing and coordinating full order cycle. Communicate with suppliers to make orders and arrange the required documents for customs. Liaising and negotiating with suppliers, retailers and consumers. Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency. Resolve any arising problems or complaints.
