• Job Details:Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new Products. • To develop personal care products following with minimal supervision, to customer guidelines and specifications. • Generate new product development prototypes for the Business Development Teams. • Ensure all samples meet specified deadlines and targets. • Ensure all formulation information and results are recorded accurately to ensure full trace ability at all times. • to liaise with the Head of Development on all aspects of Product Development Requests issued to meet deadlines and targets. Quality control professionals ensure the quality of a company's products or services. • Responsible for quality implement a company's quality policy and objectives through quality planning, quality control and quality assurance. • Quality control specialists test the manufacturing process at the beginning, middle and end to ensure that the production quality remains the same throughout. • Monitoring consists of ongoing testing that the quality control specialist performs on a regular basis. • The quality control specialist may be auditing the work of the regular quality control work performed or auditing the quality of a process without any current quality control work. • The quality control specialist reports the quality results to management. P.S: I have great handling with different department as Q.A(ISO 9001/2008,1801/2007),following Manufacturing process and production process with all necessary instructions. • Coordinate and monitor stability programs for New Products and formulations. • Write formal stability study protocols and gain appropriate approvals as defined in internal SOPs. • Work with external stability storage facilities and analytical labs to ensure smooth execution of stability study. • Collate stability data from various external laboratories and summarize into written report. • Build New Chapter’s internal stability capabilities. • Work with Director of Quality Assurance and Director of Science & Innovation on new product development and in-market product stability logistics and quality.
