• Job Details:• • Investigating and planning the most appropriate route for a shipment, taking into account the hazardous nature of goods, cost, transit time and security. • Increase the volume of sea cargo for some ports where the shipping line is required to increase the containers in them, with the team directing them. • Provide monthly reports on the extent to which the target has been achieved and the reasons that led to it. • Arranging appropriate packing, taking into account the climate, weight, cost and nature of goods and also the delivery and warehousing of goods at their final destination. • Negotiating contracts, transportation and handling costs. • Managing full sales and marketing team. • Create a necessary reports format that is followed up by all employees of the commercial department of the company. • Identify the strengths and weaknesses of the team and all its members. • To guide all members of the team to weaknesses and strengths points so that we can develop constantly and match the requirements of work. • Offering consolidation services by sea, ensuring cost-effective and secure solutions to small shippers who have insufficient cargo to require their own dedicated units. • Arranging payment of freight and other charges or collection of payment on behalf of the client. • Preparing the necessary reports on the Egyptian market and its requirements in terms of types of goods that are imported and exported. • Maintaining communication and control through all phases of the journey, including the production of management reports and statistical and unit-cost analysis. • Providing reports of freight rates to competitors so that we conduct a full study of the market and gain competitive ability. • An annual assessment of all management personnel and submission to senior management to determine the level of actual staff. • Identify annual increases and incentives based on employee evaluation and discuss them with them to work on their development. • Organize a schedule of practical training for employees annually. • Communicate with the management of the shipping line from the commercial aspects. • Submit reports that reflect the situation of the Egyptian market for the line abroad so that we can compete. • Provide proposals for the shipping line to modernize its services to new ports according to the requirements of the Egyptian market. • Organize with shipping line suitable prices for some customers who have huge volume deal with shipping lines. • Discussing the pricing policy for them so that they can compete with other lines that offer the same service to the same ports. • Dealing with shipping agents both inside and outside the Arab Republic of Egypt to increase trade exchange. • Facilitate all obstacles facing shipping agents inside and outside and customers • Try to open new fields of work for the shipping line with customers. • Development of marketing policy and discussion with management. • Implement marketing policy and work with the team.
