Production Engineer (Blow Mold Unit)

• Job Details:Prepare production planning & ensure efficient utilization of resources i.e. materials, utility, manpower, and equipment to meet production target. Troubleshooting & taking necessary steps to ensure emergency or scheduled maintenance of equipment. Taking initiatives for improving the production process & minimizing waste of materials. Strictly maintain safety regulations & train employees through safety training & briefing, ensuring the team follows safety procedures. Developing product formulation. Preparing production reports in ERP & maintaining the internal & external documents as per management requirements. FIFO maintain for raw material and sub material. Follow up production and garbage.
