- Job Details:POSITION SUMMARY: The Office Coordinator will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative work, and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. There will be interaction with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment. The Office Coordinator will be the primary point of contact for coordination of parents’ calls and communications, Qualified candidates must be able to perform under pressure, while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. The school office coordinator is generally responsible for arranging substitute requests when an employee calls in sick. They are also usually the person who registers and releases students to school and maintains attendance records. School office coordinators may also be responsible for typing and sending out school documents. SPECIFIC DUTIES: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: • Responsible for the office facilities on a daily basis. • Communicating all absences and lateness to parents not later than 9: am on daily basses. • Prepare documents as required by the key stage head. • Answer phones and direct all incoming calls to appropriate party promptly and efficiently • Deliver timely results of scheduled tasks and coordinate with various team members • Acts as liaison between teachers and the management of the school • Additional duties as assigned by the school head, deputy head, Hods, or Hoks. • Support all team members with various administrative tasks, (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.) • Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive material and information. • Ensure good lines of communication at all times. • In addition to communicating within the school setting, school administrators may also be expected to liaise with other institutions and external agencies and local authorities. • Organising and circulating information about meetings, the preparation and distribution of agendas before the meeting, and minute-taking and distribution of minutes and action points after the meeting. • Preparation of school reports and analysis of results. • This job description may be amended at any time after discussion with the post holder.

Use relevant systems to maintain records on the system & complete daily reconciliations. 2.
