• Job Details:Monitor and reconcile daily bank transactions and ensure proper documentation. Prepare and review bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and resolve issues. Handle all company bank accounts, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Prepare tax payments and estimate and track tax returns. Complete quarterly and annual tax reports. Reconciling invoices and maintain copies of vouchers, invoices necessary for files and ensure goods or services were received. Input daily bookkeeping entries. Ensure that all bank transactions are recorded and process all cash transactions related to deposits, withdrawals with business needs.

Accounts Receivable Officer

• Job Details:Preparing customer invoices and researching and investigating discrepancies in invoices to determine the accuracy of charges. Matching payments to invoice numbers or sales orders.

Accountant

• Job Details:Prepared and reviewed corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy. Preparation/ submission of monthly VAT and WHT returns.
