• Job Details:1.Performance Management System to get its analysis quarterly 2.Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations. 3.Provide advice and assistance when conducting staff performance evaluations. 4.Provide performance feedback. 5.Assist with the development of strategic plans. 6.Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the personnel, training, or labor relations activities of an organization. 7.Acts as a role model, and builds effective relationships with all employees to ensure efficient and effective HR services. 8.Assure that all HR operations including personnel, Comp & Ben are moving well and work on their improvement plans. 9.Recruiting staff - this includes developing job descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates 10.Writing job descriptions and Ensure that accurate job descriptions are in place 11.Prepare notices and advertisements for vacant staff positions.
