Microbiologist Quality Control

• Job Details:Conducts routine microbiology assays following SOPs such as bioburden and sterility, prepares media, swab tubes, stock solutions necessary for the micro lab, responsible for counting and interpretation of microbiological results, performs monthly environmental air testing, water testing and weekly incubator temperature checks, responsible for handling biological indicators.

Research Assistant

• Job Details:Working on nucleic acid extraction from a variety of plants for identification of virus, bacteria, fungi by using different kits, using ELISA technique & PCR technique, preparation of different types of media: potato dextrose agar, water agar, Murashige & Skoog media, cultivation of plants using tissue culture technique.
