o Supervising the Training Department
o Estimating the required Budget for the Training Department in beginning of fiscal year and cooperating with Finance department to perform the closing at the end of fiscal year
o Designing the Time plan for training and programs schedules
o Assigning the Instructors to Courses and Training tasks
o Performing Periodical Department assessment and Designing the staff development plans
o TNA – Training Needs analysis and Program Customizations were always performed before Delivery.
o Designing and maintaining the Centre Database
o Designing and managing all the Forms, reports, queries and providing all the Centre Statistical and periodical reports about DIEC.
o Designing the Internship projects
o Supervising and guiding the students and interns during projects
o Coordinating the ICDL and e-Citizen Programs and exams (Dealing with ICDL GCC Foundation for exam sessions schedule, payments, certificates and materials collections…)
o Coordinating the WIT programs. In cooperation with WIT MENA and Microsoft representative.
o Designing and managing the DIEC Archive system.
o Managing and reconciling the Petty Cash
o Managing the exam and course materials fees (Collecting, verifying receipt books, keeping money in my custody, depositing to bank periodically…)
o Staff attendance
o Custody and Usage of the Centre official Stamps
o Designing and managing the process of creating the DIEC Recreation center, selecting the required machines and items to buy and follow up the procurement and installations process
o Transportations
o Coordinating with Facilities Management Department to always keep the Centre items in highest performance.
o Managing the staff accommodations and Education Center premises Leases and contracts renewals and following up payments and maintenance.
o Business trips planning and insuring hotels reservations and required transportation are ready for the travelers and budgeting the trips cost.
o Coordinating all the events hosted or sponsored by DIEC
o Incoming and outgoing Center mail/post
