• Job Details:Responsible for over 30 contracts to begin with rising to 60 over central belt of Edinburgh , Glasgow,Dundee. -Dealt with - Staff training looking after clients sites, adhering to high cleaning standards. Following Co-ssh regulations and health and safety training as well as inductions for staff. Reporting to Managing Director with updates of sites issues, set up of new contracts, Client liaison, inductions,employment rules & regulations,budgeting, office administrations,time sheets reports,implementing staff rules, HR administration- urgent holiday cover, implementing deep cleans,purchasing orders & deliveries as well as various duties.
