• Job Details:- Collect sales data from distribution department and validate it’s accuracy then upload this data on AHMES System. - Provide reports covering every medical representative achievement on monthly basis. - Organize sales data needed for incentive calculations biannually. - DeliverSales analyzer report monthly. - Respond to monthly sales comments. - Deliver Rank sheets monthly. - Handle and modify requests related to AHMES System. - Provide analytical support to the Sales Force Effectiveness department. - Support the design of the FF structures and territories. - Support the development of competitive selling metrics to meet country sales force - operational & strategic plans. - Provide understandable and actionable metrics for first line sales managers. Translate business questions into usable report supported by rigorous analysis. - Support the design and calculations of sales incentive schemes for country organizations. - Working with the Regional Business Analytics Teams in providing analysis and interpretation of sales force effectiveness and efficiency management team.

• Job Details:*Provide analytical support for the Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) department of Global Teams/Country Organizations with reports covering sales and field activity analytics, KPI trackers and incentive reporting. *Provide analytical support to the Sales Force Effectiveness department
 Support the development of competitive selling metrics to meet country sales force operational plans whilst ensuring congruence with global sales initiatives. *Take ownership of systems and processes; constantly strive to improve efficiency of work flow and operating procedures for all deliverables. *Co-ordinating with the vendors of Software Application to ensure the proper running of system. *Ensuring Best practice is applied by all users. And Conducting class room training for newly hired product specialists. *Responsible for Sales/Data Integration to make it possible to view the full image of Product specialist performance.
